How much do your tails cost?

Our tails start at 1999 euros. Delivery not included.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by Paypal or bank transfers (via contact form)

How to order a tail?

You can submit a request for custom fin creation directly on the website via the contact form or
passed through Instagram messages.

Do you accept payment plans?

We do not offer payment plans for new customers.

We now offer 50/50 payments for loyal customers.

What is the production time?

Delivery time is approximately 4 months from receipt of payment. You are kept informed throughout the creation process. We work very hard to process orders as quickly as possible, but it is an art and we are more concerned with ensuring that you receive the BEST product possible, even if it takes a little longer.

Is there an emergency option?

Yes, for an additional 800 euros, we can rush your order if you need to move to the front of the queue and reduce your wait time. A rush fee will be applied to any order with a deadline. (Subject to availability).

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery price varies depending on weight and destination, ranging from around 50 euros for France to 140 euros for international delivery. You will receive a free quote.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

I have sent you several emails with no response, what is the problem?

Mermaid Aquata generally responds quickly within 24 to 48 hours.

Do your tails allow you to swim?

Our tails are made for swimming in fresh water, salt water and chlorinated water, thanks to our monofins made to measure for each fin.

If I damage my tail, can it be repaired?

We send a user and maintenance manual with the fin to avoid any problems, however we remain at your disposal even years after your order if you encounter the slightest problem. Please note that repairs are chargeable.

Do you make custom fins?

Absolutely! The design is developed in collaboration with you, however you can choose a model already created on our networks.

What is the drainage system?

There is no drainage system on our fins as it is not necessary, water does not seep into the monofin; only into your legs slightly.

Glitter!?

YES! The glitter top coat is absolutely possible and must be requested when ordering.

Do you have queues for children?

No, not at the moment.

Do you rent adult tails?

No, not at the moment.

Do you have any used cues for sale?

Sometimes we have used tails for sale, we post them on the Instagram page when we have them.

Do you need mermaid models?

Currently we like to use our customers to advertise our fins.

Did I lose or gain weight while creating?

Sometimes people lose weight, gain weight or realize they took their measurements incorrectly, unfortunately if the fin is already created no solution is possible except to completely redo the scale part, which results in additional costs. However our silicone is elastic and can cover 3 to 4 cm of difference.

Are there any customs fees?

If you are an international customer, please be aware of customs delays. Customs is legally allowed to hold your tail for up to 6 weeks. They do this very rarely, but Aquata is not responsible for US or your country's customs. You may also be charged associated customs fees for importing a product.

Can the color flake off?

Our fins are not painted on the surface, the pigments are directly mixed with the silicone during casting, so there can be no color flaking.
